The registration on VAT takes 2 weeks.
When a company is established the Trade Register assigns a unified identification code – UIC (ÅÈÊ in Bulgarian). The UIC is 9-digit and is unique and required for each entity.
When a company is registered on VAT it gets a VAT number which in Bulgaria is the UIC with prefix “BG”
The invoices can be software generated. There are some obligatory fields for certain information but you can use a design you like. The numbers of the invoices must be 10-digit and chronological.
